Racial, gender, and sexual orientation divisions among us destroy our class. It is in the interest of the non-productive ruling elite to keep us divided, thus it is not in their interest to resolve racism, sexism, and homophobia because a united producing class, the rainbow unity of the producing threatens the interests of the parasitical elite. Neither left nor right aspects of the elite have resolution to the fractured state of our class. The established left cannot create sustained progress because they promote more of the non-productive with promise that one can be whatever he wants to be. Besides all preachers and professional manipulators of people of all races exploit workers of all races and genders. Despite what they claim, the new right cannot not bring us a better day either, as their path will lead to a fascist state. We saw how Nazi Germany ended up. Although it is understandable for so many of us to blame our fellow workers of color and immigrant workers for our decline in living standards, the root cause for these problems remains the existence of elite class society, and our continued identification with the exploiting class--not the influx of immigrant labor or workers of color taking our jobs. Building walls on our Southern border will not keep immigrants labor out as the bosses who need them will figure out to get them in. The capitalists were in the lead when the U.S. Steel strike occurred 1919, thus the bosses and their running dogs were among the original race card players. To squash the strike, they brought in 30,000 to 40,000 African Americans and Mexican Americans as strikebreakers and taunted the locked-out strikers for losing their good “white” jobs. This would be the Big Business’ playbook for decades. These tactics by the right aspect of the elite to divide us are still inflicted upon us today. So, in elite class society, flooding the market with workers depresses wages--whether these workers are legal or not. Many immigrant workers are willing to work for less in America because the pay and conditions are better than in their native countries. Most of us know that if the bosses and the corporations can get us to work cheaper, they will. We also know that many of those coming from nations where standards are much lower than here, will work cheaper. So why wouldn’t so many of us support those restricting immigration? After all, who wants to work for less reward? The supporters of Trump are not stupid, as many psychocrats portray them to be because if classism was human nature, then racism would be human nature. Because both concepts are falsehoods, the supporting of racism by so many white workers perpetuates the lie of racism and serves our exploiters. When a white worker labels an African American the n-word–it is not only an attempt to dehumanize him, but such words act to fracture our class and prevent our unity. It is those who control the means and fruits of our production who cause the depressed wages. Those who create the laws of the market which allegedly determine our wages, are not of a natural hand, but those of class that are nonproductive, thus the market laws which many boast as some kind of natural law first serve that class. Those who define rule, and some of those same professionals portray us as buffoons. We are buffoons only because we follow the lead of a class that exploits us. It is also understandable why many people of color see whites as the devil because most of the evil in class society in America has been perpetuated by Europeans. The two largest being the genocide of the Native people and slavery of African people were led by Europeans. Many whites play down these evils, while some celebrate them. Stokely Carmichael, the late African American 1960’s activist was beginning to be onto something when he said, “The power of racism, the power of sexism comes from capitalism.” Capitalism however is only one aspect of the elite--the right aspect. The left aspect is the other half, and they are both married together, one cannot exist without the other. Although Carmichael was the most progressive voice of the 1960’s, he was a professional word person and not a worker, yet he understood better than most in his day. He understood that racism cannot exist without classism. Classes exist when one group organizes people or propagates ideas as a way of life, and the other group makes their living providing the necessities. In the 2020 presidential election more African Americans voted for Trump than in 2016 as an increased amount became part of the capitalist thing. Because the ruling class in our society make their living manipulating people with words and numbers as a way of life and at least half of the employed citizens are ruling class, some of us may even seem unusual especially if one is Caucasian. On the contrary, we are not unusual, but instead remain necessary-- yet we are more of a microcosm of the excluded. We are excluded from the existing democratic dictatorship. We are not represented by our kind in congress, or rarely on the board of directors or education. Our group does not democratically decide what ideas are in the media. Cancel culture springs from both left and right aspects of the elite to suppress those who are saying it more the way it is .The psychocrats will attempt to even cancel the likes of a former president even when he says some correct things, and in turn the likes of Trump will attempt to cancel those who expose his racism and attempts to overturn an democratically decided election. Yet, both aspects remain uncensored in the effort to support their democratic dictatorship over us. If democracy existed for the productive people, we would be heard in respectability instead of passing out our papers in the street for no organized group is saying it the way it is as we do. Try to talk about “class”, worker’s democracy, or workers’ power and your own friends and family will cancel you, ignore you, and ostracize you because the mass teaching is that class opportunism is great, thus that is what most desire for themselves and their kids. Workers’ collectives are legal, thus If laws are made to suppress them, we will then create our own political party. Some advocating violence to achieve worker’s democracy, goes against the very ideal of producer’s power, for if we are to win, we must put our productive skills first to outcompete the private and corporate institutions. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves because the change first starts with advocacy. What needs to be said is what we have in common with ALL workers because the need to take power away from the nonproductive people. Black disenfranchised workers need to play the leadership role in organizations such as Black Lives Matters instead of preachers and professional athletes. In the unions, the workers need to be the leaders, not professional organizers. Workers' power is not served by having professional organizers negotiate with the bosses. Workers’ democracy exists when the workers are the owners of the enterprise and have no professional union bosses. Union shops usually have better conditions, wages and benefits for its productive workers, but sometimes their egalitarianism suppresses innovation. Now, many of the best workers leave the union to go into business, this also reveals lack of class consciousness among workers. If one is not the victim of a relationship, one has the need to maintain it. The same thing in racial liberation must exist in our own class liberation: The victims must play the lead role. One cannot succeed unless the other succeeds. So, the liberation of white workers is very much married to the liberation of workers of color and different genders. But even as white workers benefit from racism it also serves to keep us victims of all nonproductive professionals. So, there is no solution to eliminate one without eliminating the other both nationally and internationally. BLM shined a light upon systemic racism and police brutality against people of color while succeeding in propelling more people of color into the ruling class. More people of color getting into the ruling class means less room for the children of the established mostly white ruling class, thus some whites will forgo their “liberal” attitudes and align with the white nationalists On the other hand, the sooner the more people of color and women get into the ruling class, the Black, Brown, Yellow, and Red workers will learn that the problem with racism and exploitation is first a class thing White bosses usually are more effective at exploiting white workers, black bosses usually more effective exploiting black workers, brown bosses effectively exploiting brown workers, and women bosses more effective at exploiting women workers. So, we see that racial unity of the ruling class is the condition of the eventual racial unity of the producing class. Many of us formerly supported the democratic party to ease our exploitation because the so-called party of the people, placed union support high on its agenda. Strong unions meant workers received more of the pie we created, and most American citizens were of the producing class. Now, Dem’s support for unions is lukewarm. The agendas of the Democratic party shifted in the early 1970’s as growing elements within the Democratic party supported the Anti-Vietnam war movement along with many of the college educated white students while many blue-collar white workers supported the War. This difference was a condition fueling the initiation of the democrats becoming the party of the psychocrats or the new left in the early 1970’s. The left aspect of the elite replaced the right after the psychocrat revolution of the 1960’s, even as the capitalist’s wealth continued to grow. We label them psychocrats because they organized around their religion psychology and in the 1970’s it replaced the right wing as the leading aspect. Although the right aspect, the professional people of violence and capitalists both aspects need each other for what they have in common and that is the exploitation of productive people. Our degenerating quality of life exists because those who control the means and fruits of labor are not of our class. The right are the more direct exploiters, and the left more indirect--both live from our labor. Many white workers identify more with the right because when it was the leading aspect during the 1950’s and 60’s, the number of nonproductive elites were smaller, and this was a condition for us to have a better quality of life, and the right advocates more for white workers to retain their privilege in our racist state. Since the psychocrats have been in the lead, the right has not disappeared, and the number of elites have grown exponentially. This relationship between the left and right necessitates getting more out of us for less reward --no matter our color or place of birth. Both left and right aspects divide workers by race, gender, and sexual orientation making increased exploitation easier The one-sided nature of those workers identifying with the left by blaming only the right aspect for our degenerating way of life distorts reality. In fact, Thomas Frank’s book “Listen Liberal,” Democrat and former president of Harvard University and Secretary of the Treasury Larry Summers, said “One of the reasons that inequality has probably gone up in our society is that people are being treated closer to the way they are supposed to be treated.” So, these members of the elite believe in the falsehood that their ”work” is more valuable than ours. Universally, we do not need the likes of Summers, but he needs a plumber for water and sanitization. 50 years ago, plumbers, carpenters, electricians with less formal education were getting paid equally or even more than many white-collar college educated “Professionals,” but they should have been for most of us are more necessary for the people’s survival. The buying power and quality of life of blue-collar workers of all races has been going backward since the psychocrats grabbed the lead while those who produce no necessities such as the likes of the former Harvard President not only receive increases in pay, but their type is increasing in number. The psychocrats imply that those doing good in school, should do better in life. That would be all well and good if what was being taught in schools had more to do with production and providing the necessities instead of how to manipulate workers and manipulate capital which is about 70 percent of higher education. The psychocrats promote education along with innovation as the solution to our problems. The youth are educated more than ever, and technology already exists for the resolution of most of our problems yet the likes of politicians of San Francisco are promoting a new art school. Our nation is short 80,000 truck drivers which we need to get our food. Because of severe labor shortages, America may increase vocational teaching even as most parents prefer to send their children to private elementary and High Schools. The left shout about inequality in accessing the ruling class as if becoming an exploiter is good. Many confuse inequality as the worst part of class society, but it is only a symptom of it. People are naturally unequal--but not 29 times more unequal as some pay differentiations would indicate. If one is better at plumbing a home than another, incentives should be created to reward the work. In corporations the inequality is even greater. Division by class, and thus race creates the huge income disparities. Professional comedians making people laugh without providing resolution can earn millions because they extraordinarily serve the ruling group while farmworkers who provide our necessities live on the fringe. Laughter is possible only when first the stomach is full. Those in the lead have failed to improve our quality of life yet some of the professional word and image people labeling us as stupid more so than the right drives many workers to the less insulting new right. The new right, however, is just another elite, yet an aspect that will lead us to the worst type of elitism: fascism. Turning to our own class, to create our institutions outside what exists is what we need for sustained progress. We see this division in electoral politics where white workers and black workers generally vote for different aspects of the elite. We also recognize that most come upon our shores to work hard to seek a better life. while many also come to seek being super exploiters of established American workers, or to exploit their fellow immigrant workers. And those who succeed in exploiting their fellows are given a pat on their back by both aspects of the elite as “living the American dream.” The solution is to look for both American and immigrant workers, workers of all races and genders to look to our own class for direction and the leaders of our thing will not get paid to organize people. The ruling class has its rainbow-- We need our own Professional organizing is where class was born, and thus racism followed. Racism is not first about hate, but instead a belief that one race is superior because of its DNA, which leads to the racial hatred that follows. If racism was correct, then the Nazi movement would have won WW2. Instead, white supremacist Germany suffered a humiliating defeat because its racist ideology was based on a lie. Racial hatred from white workers is a result of those seeking to blame black, brown, or yellow workers for our lower standards while identifying with those outside our class. Racial hatred also exists among people of color toward other peoples of color as they struggle for the next rung of class society. The racial hatred resulting from such blame stems from the existence of elite class society as each race collectively tries to replace the other race on the next rung, thus workers of one race justify replacing the workers and is the need of the nonproductive ruling class to get us to work more cheaply. Of course, the elites could not do this without our consent, so much of the blame lies with us as we accept it. We accept it because of the teaching at all levels that classes are human nature, which makes it seem futile to challenge such an idea. That is until one realizes that those doing the teaching in higher education and media are part of the ruling class, so they are not going to teach something to undermine their existence. No wonder 99.999 percent of the people falsely believe one group should organize us and the other group provide the necessities of survival. These beliefs exist because of our lack of identity and leads to our lack of class power. It is also the root cause of the producing class degenerating way of life and depression. Believing in class is illogical because for the human race to survive, we need food, shelter, sanitation, and medical care, MAYBE half of our citizens make their living as producers. Those who manipulate people, money, play or entertain us make up the other half. They are secondary yet are looked to as the somebodies. No other species exists with one group organizing as a way of life, and the other providing the necessities. Humans never would have evolved out of the jungle if we were organized by the inefficiencies of class society. Many confuse leadership with class, but they are different and separate from each other. Pig teams, goat herds, gorilla troops and ant colonies all need and have leadership. All leadership among the animals though comes from those best at providing the necessities of survival. The wolf who is best at providing the food for the pack, is the leader of the pack similarly as the gorilla best at defending the troop from the leopards is usually the leader. These examples reveal the difference between animal classlessness and human class society. Class society’s leadership stems from those who do not provide the necessities. This is why when we hear management talk about leadership, what they really mean is to become a professional manager to manipulate the working nurses. If one wants to remain in that position, they must serve the interest of the exploiting group or else they cannot remain there. To have real leadership for workers, it must come from those working themselves. This is how it is done in the more natural animal world. For now, the opposite relationship exists in human class society where the professional word and image people play the lead. Because class is first about a nonproductive group organizing those who provide the necessities, it is not first about income. It is more about who organizes the producing class as a way of life that defines class. So, the professional word and image people are a left elite, and the professional people of violence, and capitalists the right aspect. Despite what is taught, the left and right are not separate things, just different wings on the same bird. One cannot exist without the other as they have identity with each other. For us workers, in their democratic dictatorship, we are allowed to choose only the lesser evil. During the height of capitalism in the 1950’s and 1960’s, many of us allied with the left, but as the left became the leading aspect of the elite and the real ruling class since the early 1970’s, more workers, especially white workers are looking to the right, which partly explains Trumpism. Donald Trump’s rhetoric of making “America great again,” appealed to many because of the higher standards workers had during the “50’s and “60’s--when the right was the leading aspect of the elite. The thing is that Trumpism will fail to bring back better ways of life which existed in the “60’s because his movement will not reduce the amount of the nonproductive which was at a much lower amount when “America was great.” While it is true that we had better standards when the ruling class was smaller, when the psychocrats became the leading aspect of the ruling class in the early 1970’s, the number of the ruling class grew exponentially, and Trumpism will not reduce that growth. So, the need to divide us by race will continue--no matter who is in the lead. Since the 1970’s when the psychocrats consolidated their power to become the leading aspect of the elite, our regard, and quality of life decreased as our exploitation increased. The power of the psychocrats and their disregard of the productive people paved the road for Trumpism. The vision of the new right is revealed at their rallies, when their politicians and their media personalities us they are our voice, that they love us, and the calls to a “better America'' are appealing to some listeners because white workers did have a higher quality of life when the right aspect was in the lead of the class society but these feelings of affection they have for us is similar to the love a master has for his dog. If they are not part of the producing class, it is impossible for them to be “our voice.” Power can only come from within a thing in nature. It is understandable that so many of us listen to the likes of Trump, yet practice determines one’s need, and the practice of the former president as with all professional organizers of both right and left aspects of the elite is to subjugate us. The rainbow unity of our class, on the other hand, is the only effective way of countering the fascist trend and will give us the power to create sustained wage gains, greatly diminish opiate addiction and eradicate the cancers of racism, sexism and homophobia which are results of classism. Yes, so many say worker’s democracy is an impossible dream, but volunteering to lead is already done. The Boy Scouts of America have 2.2 million youth members with 80,00 volunteers in local councils throughout the United States. What is more important is that our practice as the providers of the necessities determines our needs. Our need is to end racism, sexism and homophobia while the need of both the right and left aspects of the elite is to divide us while keeping foreign nations poor to create conditions for skilled workers to leave their nations to provide for the necessities for Americans. The drain of talent from foreign nations to the United States exists because few here want to do productive labor, which creates the need to import skilled labor so Americans can survive. The nonproductive need illegals, thus no matter what laws the Trumpists pass, the undocumented will exist. Undocumented workers have less rights, thus are easier to abuse and exploit. The more influential businesspeople will get undocumented workers whether a wall is built or not. Some of the right, and most of the left, want their subjects happy. We do not need the pity and sympathy from the left. Both left and right need racism to keep us divided for we are then easier to subjugate. American citizens are partially responsible for this draining of skilled workers from other nations because few here do productive labor. Some on the right aspect, and most on the left want their subjects happy: nonetheless most would prefer to pay us peanuts if they could. Some of us still look to the Democrats to resolve stagnant wages, and a degenerating way of life. However, many of us know that the leftist psyhcocrats are the leading aspect of the social order, and that Trump correctly says that. These types of workers who recognize this and believe we cannot organize ourselves turn to the new right. Many supporters of the new right look with nostalgia to the World War II generation, but that generation will never return. Life was better for most productive people during that era, but the generation perpetuated and maintained segregation, racism and sexism. Yet, millions of us look to the right to bring back the good ole days. As capitalism becomes more available, exploitation and inefficiency will grow. More bosses, less producers means less of the pie that we create for us. For example, when building a house with increased subcontractors the carpentry is divided with one subcontractor doing the joists, another the framing with each having a separate boss. Subcontracting is permeating many aspects of labor while destroying unions--which usually get more of the pie we create back to the producers. Despite Trump’s disregard for unions, even many union workers follow him because at times he says things more the way it is. Trump also foments the already existing racial hatred rampant among our class as many whites fear losing their privilege. Those seeking to be a small businessperson need to superexploit their workers, thus support Trumpism. . On the other hand, Trump correctly exposes the power of certain types of word people and advocates increasing vocational schools which are also conditions for his popularity. Although he promised to bring back the past, he cannot, nor does he seek what was good about it such as strong unions. He first serves his group that he is a part of, and it is not us. Declaring workers illegal serves both aspects of the elite. It creates additional bureaucracies for the left and helps depress wages for the capitalist on the right aspect. It also creates additional racial hatred as those coming across the Southern border are not white. Much of the blame against workers of color comes from us producers; it is encouraged by certain aspects of the elite and divides us. We need the rainbow unity of our own class, not unity between exploiters and exploited. When the elite advocate unity, we need to ask, “to what end.” The German Nazi party was united. Look how that ended up. It is correct that no social movement can exist without unity, but their brand of unity preached serves their continued class dictatorship over us. We hear from the psychocrats that America is a nation for all of us, but if half of its citizens are non producers, then it is a class dictatorship, and that class dictatorship necessitates the working class be divided by race, gender and sexual orientation. As long as the nonproductive are in the lead, some of us will be labeled illegal, which furthers our division. As the privileges of our class erode worldwide, the restriction of the movement of skilled poor workers will increase worldwide, and racial hatred will fester if we do not organize as a class for itself. To permanently negate racism, we need our own democracy because it is our need eliminate it. To initiate a worker’s democracy movement, we need to form institutions separate from what exists with the principle to be producer, stay a producer and organize without pay. When a group of skilled producers start organizing as a class for itself, the existing privately owned business will not be able to compete with us for we will not be sharing our profits with a family or other bureaucracies. As we begin, this literature will be labeled by some as polarizing and impossible. No group ever succeeded in creating social change without polarizing or without naysayers. We say let the naysayers stagnate with their tired, old classist arguments that workers cannot have ideas of our own, or that we should all sing kumbaya and not elevate the contradictions Our former president Trump realized the importance of confrontation and won because he was not afraid to polarize. It was not because he and his followers were stupid, so it was foolish of the elitist left to portray Trump and his followers as dumb because they said some correct things such as people in the media distort. For sure a time for unity is necessary. To put methodology first, as the modern day psychocrats is to suppress resolution. On the other side the right complains that those who bring up truths about systemic racism are polarizing. It is not hate or polarizing that is evil but suppressing truth that is. If one cannot hate racism, then one usually needs it. The right speaks of American nationalism, or really meaning White nationalism as if that brand of fascism is better for us. Producers living in the top-dog nations such as ours usually have more privilege, but it is not power. My dad, a warehouse person, would tell me how much better we had it here in America than our relatives living in Italy. Yes, American workers in the 1960’s had it better than most producers in the world, so in class society there is rationale for putting America first, but America First also means putting workers of the world second, which will perpetuate our subjugation, racism, and wars, while leading our nation into a humiliating defeat. We need international unity with our fellows, not fighting them in wars or preventing free movement as has been the case since classes have existed. The likes of Trump will continue to distort things about our fellows of different colors in their need to keep us divided, but the nationalism of an imperialist nation inevitably will lead to defeat. The class nationalism of organized producers will lead to victory and finally a lasting peace. To accomplish this, we need our own rainbow unity. Latinx workers do not exploit us. The professional people of words, and businesspeople do. . Our need is for unity among workers of different colors and genders. The unity of OUR class will create our power while increasing our self-esteem. This is needed to combat the plague of depression and opiate addiction. The right blames immigrants for the plague of American opiate addiction but the reality starts from failed class opportunism that causes despair. Depression stems from when a society teaches one can be whatever he can be if they work hard at it. The problem is when 1,000,000 people have the same dream as you and the chairs at the tables are limited--and all the seats are taken, depression sets in. And the bar is lowered for when it sets in. In the old capitalist society, more so kids went to the same high school, and the separation of those of who is to be ruling class, and who is to be working class was not started until college age. Now, with the proliferation of private high schools, the differentiation is being made at an earlier age. It is the parent’s fault as much as the schools. Many of the drugs resulting from among the 70,000 yearly deaths are from American pharmaceutical companies, and although some may come from south of the border, we have learned El Chapo the walls of cement and steel cannot stop a tunnel. So, if the need for drugs exists, the criminals will find a way. In nations that produce most of the opiates, the opiate addiction is less. This is because the promise of class opportunism is less and thus the expectations are less. Business needs and wants undocumented workers. They use the images of workers coming from the south to take jobs away from those in the north to divide us. Yes, it is true that the overabundance of labor keeps wages down. Making workers illegal also puts fear into the worker who can be sent back to their nation at the whim of the boss. The elites also are aware that sometimes the undocumented are more obedient, and thus willing to exploit their fellows. The division of workers by race, gender and sexual orientation has existed since the start of elite class society thousands of years ago and will end when we have our own institutions. Worker led cooperatives will outperform any privately owned company because with no paid professional organizers, no stockholders that live from our labor. Already many institutions exist that have diminished the role of professional organizers. Problem with many of these is their egalitarian principles of paying everyone the same no matter their skill level. Our collectives will reward those who excel in production according to how the group sees fit, no matter the color or gender of the person. When we are class for itself with our own rainbow unity, we can change the world. No person can do it alone. Blaming different genders, people of different color, people of different sexual orientations will only cause irreconcilable problems for our workplace, our class, and the world. Organized violence, unscientific practice, tremendous income gaps are FIRST a problem of CLASS–not race and gender for as we are increasingly seeing Brown exploiters are more effective at exploiting Brown workers, Black ruling class more effective at exploiting black workers, women ruling class more effective at exploiting women workers, so on and so forth. As the ruling class integrates, the consciousness among us will grow that class is the root cause of our degenerating way of life–not race, gender or sexual orientation. The ruling class has their rainbow, time for us to have our own . “For the loser now, will be later to win.” -Bob Dylan. You can see other articles at peoplesideas.weebly.org. The COVID 19 pandemic has shined a light on who are the most important people on the planet while also revealing how our social order regards working people. The pandemic highlights a reality many of us already know that those who play, entertain, count money, or manipulate people as way of life are regarded as more important even by most workers who truly are more important.
Because we must first survive, it must be known by all people that those who provide food, shelter, sanitation, and physiological medical care are the most important people on the planet. Because of this, it is in our hands to resolve the problem. When elites die from the virus, their face is pasted across the newspapers and highlighted on the internet. Currently we do not even know how many workers have died in this pandemic. And when they do, we rarely know their names. We do know that 30 percent of hospital workers at one New York hospital have perished since the spread of COVID-19 started and at least 68 Transit workers have died in New York because of COVID-19. Thousands are being infected in food processing plants and in fields all over America, which in turn could dismantle the food chain. Things are so dangerous for those providing our meat that some are refusing to work. Instead of providing safer conditions for these workers, some senators have proposed to absolve meat packing owners from liability from workers suing them if they catch COVID-19 while on the job, Instead of providing safer conditions for these people, the president says he may order them to work. In Nebraska, as of the first week of May, public health officials reported 96 workers contacted the virus at the Tyson plant in Madison; 237 at the JBS plant in Grand Island; and 123 arising from the Smithfield plant in Crete. In a manufacturing plant in Iowa as many as 20 percent of the workers have come down with the disease. Some bosses of nursing homes demand that those who are ill, work even as they endanger themselves and patients. We are the cannon fodder for the nonproductive. Because racism is a direct result of the class system and more people of color are producing class than whites, people of color are disproportionately affected by the virus. The resolution is for us to organize as a class for its own power with no one getting paid for organizing people. Putting productive labor in the lead for all members must be a principle leading our workers’ democracy movement. Despite what is commonly taught, the left and right are not separate things, but are just complementary aspects of the same thing—the nonproductive elite. They are married together; one cannot exist without the other. In physics, a negative charge cannot exist without a positive charge. In mechanics, action cannot exist without reaction. In the social world, both aspects of the elite, left and right continuously criticize each other which is part of their necessary inner struggle which gives them power to preserve the system that exploits our labor, and treats us as if we are expendable. We do not yet have the internal struggle of opposites until we organize as a class for itself. We need to understand this to get our thing going! We will win when our own institutions have a rainbow hue with workers of different races, genders and sexual orientations playing leadership roles. The increased racial, and gender hatred combined with homophobia from our fellows divides us while blinding us from seeing the root cause of why our standards have diminished for the past 50 years which is the class thing. If we desire to be one of them, we will continue to be their cannon fodder. Our class unity will prevent the racism, sexism, and homophobia for it is only in the need of master to divide us. We need to create the necessary institutions to end this ugly system. It has not yet been tried; thus, it has not failed. Political movements being led by those who find a way out of work is not worker’s power. Many assert that the Russian, Chinese and Cuban revolutions were led by workers This is false. What existed in the former Soviet Union, in China and Cuba, was state capitalism. The leaders of those states, Lenin, Mao, and Castro were not workers; thus, they could not give power to the workers. While many of those leaders correctly pointed out the failure of monopoly capitalism, and the ugliness of imperialism they could not expose their own elite class nature as professional organizers. One must justify his practice or change it. The first thing communist leaders had to do was to seek to justify their getting out of the working class. One cannot lead something he is not part of. The American president emphasizes winning for he knows power comes from it. During his campaign, he said what many Americans wanted to hear. He exposed the social experts as not being all that correct. The small dedicated, passionate followers of Trump overcame the larger, smug followers of the left. During the presidential campaign, the left aspect used slogans such as “when they go low, we go high,” which only reinforced the impression many workers have of the them as being condescending. Some members of the left aspect and their followers erroneously label the followers of Trumpism as stupid. Standards of living were better for most workers when the right aspect was in the lead, so it was logical many of us followed the Donald. The problem in following the new right is that it identifies with a social order that will never return, a social order when racism was more institutionalized, when women more like second class citizens, and gay people in the closet. The psychocrats and their party, the democrats, have largely ignored the plight of the working people which created the conditions for the new right. The psychocratic movement erupted during the 1960s’ with the peace and love of the Hippies, who most became the more militant Yippies, to the establishment Yuppies; that is the evolution of the psychocrat. In the beginning most of them opposed imperialist wars such as Vietnam, while many workers did not. This was a significant reason why the democratic party became the party of the psychocrats while losing many workers to the right. Now, many psychocrats support imperialist wars. Both parties stood idly by as many of our jobs went overseas while the new face of the right voiced opposition to the job exit. In addition, an increasing number of workers dreamed to be businesspeople which attracted them to the new right. The egalitarian nature of the psychocratic state diminished the people’s incentive to excel in production and for the system to maintain itself, its opposite a different type of the right aspect evolved: Trumpism. However, this new right’s inability to reduce the ranks of the nonproductive, its increased racism, and putting down the science of real things will guarantee its doom. Until we organize a class for itself, though, Trumpism will inflict much suffering. Although the billionaires are part of the exploiting class since the early 1970’s they are secondary to the psychgocrats, or the left aspect. The left aspect or liberals are more apt to try to tranquilize us with songs, words, and chemicals. The right through violence and the threat of starvation. Despite what is taught by the professional word people and academics the left and right aspects of the elite are not separate things. The left wing and right wings are simply different aspects of the same thing—the elite. The left being the professional manipulators of people by words and numbers, and the right being the professional people of violence and the capitalist class. They seem to be at odds, but they are struggling to see who the leading aspect is, thus the criticism. Although both aspects say they represent workers, their need is to get more out of us for less. Because we live in inside a society that postulates certain assertions, and these assertions are accepted as truths, it puts us in a fog. One deadly assertion and teaching received in formal education is that those who organize us are the more important than those who provide the necessities. A perfect example of this upside-down teaching is ruling class professionals calling themselves servants of the people, which is to reverse the meaning of the word servant. The higher their rank the more servants they have. We are secondary in class society thus going to work for us is like playing Russian roulette. The nonproductive class controlling the means and fruits of our labor stands as the root cause wo why this catastrophe is mushrooming before our eyes. While the elites did not create the virus, they are mostly responsible for spreading it as most who fly are part of the nonproductive class, This unnatural relationship of one group organizing people and the other doing the work has lasted for thousands of years in large part because the teaching of the social order is done or controlled by the nonproductive elite. The dawn of worker’s democracy is delayed because 99.99 percent of us identify with either, the left, right or middle aspects of the elite instead of our class. To organize effectively we first need our own identify and to be less shy and take the offensive of proclaiming that we are the most important people on the planet. The leading aspect of the elite, the left or the psychocrats and their party the democrats have mostly ignored the working people in America. Sometimes regarding us as stupid, so it is understandable that so many workers identify with the likes of our president. Protesting the shelter in place and blaming it for ruining the economy, though endangers our own. We should be demanding our own type of economy where we control health and safety. The problem is not initially Sheltering in Place; it is the class system itself. SIP saves hundreds of thousands of lives. A nation that has nearly as many entrepreneurs and professional organizers as workers is increasingly vulnerable to things like a pandemic. Opening up is necessary in the short term but doing it recklessly will increase infection and death while de railing a recovery. Because many small businesses will never return, for the economy to stabilize the government may put people to work-whether it is led by a Republican or a Democrat. Establishing worker co-ops led by producers will be a better alternative to combat the pandemic effects on the economy because they will be more resilient than privately owned business. We will be making the safety decisions thus preserving the health and lives of our kind. Capital is more evenly distributed in a co-op instead of in the hands of one person or family. Already forms of “worker co-ops,” exist with some still having non producers playing leadership roles. The fascist trend will continue in America if we do not organize because the left aspect has little to offer the productive people. Under the democratic dictatorship of the psychocrats, standards for American workers have degenerated. So, it is no wonder so many of us have turned to Trumpism because our standards were generally better when the right aspect was in the lead. The past will not return, though. We cannot go back, though, so we must create something different. Something separate from what exists yet flourishing as we provide the necessities more efficiently than what exists now. That will start when we organize as a class for itself. This means we create our own institutions where no one gets paid to represent us or organize us or preach to us. Only those who do productive labor will be paid, and the producers will determine the differentiation of wages. We will not be egalitarian because paying everyone the same suppresses incentive to increase skills. To win, we will need to economically out compete the classist institutions that exist today which should be no problem because most institutions have family members or investors or stock holders which get the greater part of the pie we create. Because change starts with a few mutations, it is unlikely we will start by taking over hospitals or meat packing plants. A great need exists in such fields such as health care transportation where our co -op could transport patients to home and medical procedures. Day care centers. small clinics are among the few things we can start with. With 3-D technology, we could create a face shield company for all those workers in harm’s way. The existing privately owned and corporately owned institutions cannot compete with genuine worker’s co-ops because the worker/owners will receive more of the pie we create instead of the bosses, the likes of the public relations people and investors. Giving producers more of a say of their work environment improves productivity and retention. No blueprint yet exists on how the first co-op will be structured because it has not been done yet. When former President John F. Kennedy said he was going to send a man to the moon, he did not have a blueprint. He knew it would be done because we had the principles of rocket science. The principles leading to our success will be to put productive labor first, and no one make a living organizing us. Our nation’s health is threatened by the criminally irresponsible acts of the right aspect. Because the left and right need each other, the left cannot effectively resist the advocacies of the nonscientific right. Although the billionaires are part of the ruling elite, they are not the primary aspect of it. The ruling class now numbers in scores of millions in America and their collective need is to get more out of us for less thus the needs of the left and right are similar. As an oncology/telemetry RN for nearly 30 years, I have experienced workloads slowly increasing as the societal bureaucracy grew. As this pandemic mushroomed, though, it hit us like a sledgehammer—many getting infected and losing our lives. For those survivors, the long-term effects of working under such pressure remains unknown. For all those front-line workers, in meat packing, in grocery stores, and health care workers it is time to start organizing as a class for itself. Although certain aspects of American leadership have greatly increased our risks with lack of supplies of protective equipment and ignoring medical science, they could not inflict this upon us unless they have mass support. Although the president during his campaign exposed the social experts as not being all that correct, he and his group have a need to ignore science which endangers scores of millions. The democrats, who are the party of the psychocrats, also have ignored working people’s lives during the past 40 years. The left and right aspects of the elite criticize each other, but this inner struggle makes them stronger. The class that exploits us is neither a left nor right by itself, but a single elite consisting of both left and right aspects that put our lives and safety secondary. Since the beginning of the pandemic, we know that the system has failed us, that this “great” economic giant cannot even provide us with proper protective equipment nor has it been able to protect the food processing workers, thus endangering the food supply chain. Meanwhile in some states, those following Trumpism while not identifying with their own class and shelter in place create more danger for producers helping people survive. 10 nurses walked out of California hospital because the appropriate masks were not provided. They were suspended, then reinstated. These brave single acts by themselves are not enough. We have the courage, and the creativity, and most importantly the need to create a worker’s rainbow democracy movement to start a world of sustained progress. To disregard and put down the class struggle will be a condition for our increased exploitation, and to perpetuate racism and sexism. So, let us come together with our fellow meatpackers, grocery clerks, construction workers, and the rest of the producing class of all races, genders, and sexual orientations to initiate the next great social movement. To succeed we lead with practice. Be a producer, stay producer, organize for the power of producers, and then we will never be cannon fodder for the elite because eventually no elite will exist. Stan Roberts, Plumber. John Tuvo, RN. 2020 Evergreen Drive 650-296 0671 San Bruno, CA 94066 [email protected] 650- 296-1545 peoplesideas.weebly.com What is and has been established for thousands of years is a non-producers’ gang. What needs to get established is a producers’ gang until all people will put their productive labor in the lead of their lives.
To get our gang started, we must recognize that the gaining of the power of the non-producers’ gang came about by the use of words. In the beginning, of the master slave relationship among the people, there was the word. The violence only became one of the necessary means to defend that power of the gang after it was established in power over the people at large. The gang in power over the people is not a rightist or leftist gang but it merely has its right and left aspects which are necessarily married as one because each has the need for the other for the existence of what they have in common, which is to rule over the productive class of people. The right is the stick and the left is the carrot. They are not ends. They are only the means to rule over the productive people. To be one with the nonproductive class one does not have to be a professional person of words even as that is a leading aspect of it. One can be a professional person of violence for that is but another way out of productive labor which puts one into that ruling gang that gets special regard by the professional people of words. Our nation’s nonproductive professional ways of life is what our presidents are defending with the lives of our professional people of violence. It is to defend the power of their gang above all others here and around the world. That gang has the support of not just the majority but almost all of the people. We never vote against the power of the gang because there is nothing on the ballot that is not put there by members of the gang and in the interest of the power of the gang. All our laws are made, enforced and judged by members of the gang and producing class Americans overwhelmingly desire that their children become one of the ruling gang and then sometimes wonder why their children are attracted to join a street gang. We have a message for producing class parents. Stop dreaming that your children become a part of the non-producers’ gang and teach them that your productive labor is the real important work. Your children might not buy that correct teaching because all the formal teaching is contradictory to it. So you may have to do a lot more than just be a great producer because an obedient slave serves to perpetuate the enslavement of others; especially if he desires that his child gain a nonproductive professional way of life. You need to set out to change the social world which will at first be quite lonely. We must create our own gang where every member puts his productive labor in the lead of his life yet begins to use words in the effort to originate a producers’ gang telling things more the way they are than has ever been done as is only in the Interest of the responsible productive people. If your children put learning the complexities of productive labor in the lead of their learning process they will always have financial security especially in the USA because the existing social order gives most of their effort in teaching things that get one out of productive labor and thus those that put productive labor in the lead are so greatly needed by society. In thousands of years of the rule of this gang the only meaningful change has been when other non-producers replaced the established non-producers to be in the lead. They gained the monopoly as the legal people of words and again the words were in the lead and the violence of the established order was secondary to the power of the new nonproductive gang. That new leadership had to integrate many from the old leadership as part of the ruling class. It is the teaching, in the extreme, of getting out of productive labor that was a necessary precondition for the final blossoming of the forth coming producers’ gang. The ugliness of it all is blatant and extreme before the eyes and ears of the people. This is not less true simply because the overwhelming majority of the people practice life that they feel obliged to believe nothing can be done about the problem. In other words, social ignorance becomes bliss for the overwhelming majority of the people if they do not act upon their knowledge to change the social world. In this case it also follows that those with the most formal education become the most socially ignorant. We often say in the street that the carpenter understands the relationship between carpenters and political or social science professors as the professors cannot understand and live with their practice in good conscience. Since the word gang is often used as a put down against those who come together that are not already a part of the ruling gang it is also appropriate to turn that accusation against their gang dictatorship over the people. Like the street gangs they do not only use words to preserve their collective power but the very most extreme violence against those who might also seek to build their collective power over others. They teach their subjects to put family first but their practice as an example is to put their gang above all else and often they choose not to have a family because the interest of the family often stands in the way of their service to the gang and their service to the gang is how they get the recognition they seek. In all of class society, leadership of the ruling gang has been replaced by those with new and different qualities as a means to keep the gang in power. What they all have in common is nonproductive lives. Their teaching and their violence were always in the lead. The producers’ gang will put the production and delivery of the peoples’ necessities in the lead of our lives. But we will not neglect the use of words and self defense of our gang. The words telling things more the way they were, are and will be, will be in the lead of our political life. It will not be a revolution that puts overthrowing governments as an ideal. Our gang will take power though our own representative democratic means. The voting about internal matters of our gang will be done by producing class people only. Eventually we will be the majority and our power will be gained at the ballot box. We will promote the things we produce but no one will be a professional salesperson. The quality of the goods we produce will, for the most part, sell themselves and the old ways will eventually be incapable of competing. There will always be leadership and competition for leadership but no one will be a professional leader. That is where the problem began many thousands of years ago but it certainly is not human nature even as it was an inevitable development of human society as the use of words understandably became a professional way of life. Thus a nonproductive class developed as a class for themselves and their collective power over the productive people. Just as understandable as the development of the master subject relationship as two classes of people came about, it is also understandable that this class distinction will be abolished once the exploited class organizes as a class for its own power and as in the beginning of human society, all able people will put their productive labor in the lead of their lives. This will leave all people time and energy to enjoy the pleasures of life that mostly exist only for nonproductive professionals. Join our gang. Don’t worry so much about the powers that be. They don’t believe our ends possible. They only fear being replaced by another nonproductive group for that is all they have records of as happening and all they can conceive of as possible. Don’t worry so much about the armies and police. Most people in them only choose that nonproductive way of life because there is some special regard that productive people do not get. As productive people we will create the regard productive people deserve because, not nonproductive professionals, but we are the most important people. Most professional people of violence will drop their guns and become productive people once they see the dignity of a productive way of life and the crime rate will plummet. Such people will know that they are the most important people which is true but not enough will understand this until it is a significant teaching which can only come about by our organized gang with that purpose. In the beginning of dividing the people as masters and subjects the word was in the lead. In the ending of that evil relationship it will also be the word that will play the leading role. But the words will come from the producing class people and not from the professional people of words. The leadership will not be a professional way of life and there will be none in our gang that will put violence or the threat of violence in the lead of their lives. But by the nature of having producing class ways of life we will have the best means of self defense. We have always been the most important people. It is just that the nonproductive people are the formal teachers of society and most of the people have accepted the false teaching that the nonproductive people are something special. We must promote the correct teaching in spite of the position we are in that our words will be suppressed in the interests of the continued power of the nonproductive class. That is the necessary first step. Producers’ communes must come after there are several producers organized for the purpose of the power of our class and already propagating for that eventual power. Otherwise producers’ communes turn out to serve only the interests of those in the group to live better in the existing power of the nonproductive ruling class and eventually the class division takes place within the commune convincing its members that nothing can be done about the evil class distinction. Then like others who advocated the power of our class but did not begin with the correct principals in the lead actually convinced billions of people that the class distinction is human nature. They tried to put theory above practice and posed as the great theoreticians and like in all other religions, saw their nonproductive professional ways of life as if more important work. The correct principal is that those in the vanguard must put their producing class labor in the lead of their life and the organizing must play a secondary nonprofessional role just as it will be in the classless society advocated. To be the professional teachers is where the problem of the division of class came from. When the correct principal is in the lead from beginning to end even a small group can prove to others that it works and production and service of the peoples’ needs is far more efficient than any existing mode of production. Thus for those in that vanguard they will have much time energy and money to teach their fellow workers about how to organize ourselves and bring social truths to the people as can no professional people of words. Yes things can work, not without leadership, but without professional leaders. Imagine all those hands and brains of about half of the USA employed citizens who have nonproductive professions putting their hands and brains first into the complexities of providing the primary needs of the people. Soon the consequences of hurricanes and earthquakes would have small consequences for people anywhere in the world. Soon the world’s population would not be a threat to the world’s environment and soon professional environmentalists might be found making more and better windmills instead of expecting others to do so while producing nothing themselves to make that better environment. If these things make sense to you, then you are a very rare mutation. You need to come together with us setting out to create that vanguard that will show the way to our fellow workers. If they make sense to you now and you do not set out to change the social world, you need to reject the truths you already understand. If you dare not begin to take action without your friends and loved ones also doing so then you will have need to reject what you already know or you will gain grave contradictions in your thinking process. If your experience in life is sufficient that you cannot reject the knowledge gained from that experience, you should come together with us to retain your peace of mind no matter the loss of support from friends and loved ones. Because all the formal teaching is irreconcilable with ours, you should not expect that your friends and loved ones are ready for such a practice of life. Meaningful change always begins from mutations even as the need for change is great. There are only two of us. Perhaps the third will be the charm that will set the dominoes in their proper places. At any rate it will be a large condition that number four will also come together with the common purpose. When we come together even in small numbers it will become attractive to some others and only after that will it become something that will attract our other friends and loved ones. It is the loneliness of being among the first that makes it difficult to get social change started. But it is the greater peace of mind that will sustain your progressive practice. Don’t worry that we are not advanced with the use of words. Those that are, will be the last to understand the truths we tell because it is against their class interest to understand. When you are with us you will correct many of our errors and inadequacies. If you are a productive worker and dream that your child be other than a productive worker, you already understand the class division even as you might not admit your understanding. In such a case your understanding of the class distinction is greater than that of your child’s political science professor, even if the word class. in this context. is not a part of your vocabulary. That is because victims of relationships have a greater need to understand the relationships while for the perpetrators ignorance is their bliss. A problem with a victims understanding comes up when he or she fails to act upon his knowledge to change the social world. That is because inaction brings to that person the need to believe nothing can be done. Many advanced workers set out to combat the class relationship in the family which only brings them much pain, that often leads to family violence and alienation. If you have not set out to change the social world there is no way you can make conditions that your friends and loved ones will do so. Only as a consequence of your long and successful practice is it possible that your friends and loved ones will be a part of such an effort. We do not offer you a tranquil state of mind as is offered by a religious practice. A dull mind is indeed a tranquil mind. We do offer our own example of having great peace of mind even as we are still very much alone in our efforts. There is plenty of evidence of the success of our teaching but it will not be so evident to others until they do as we do. If you have read our papers you will have done as we wish but you can only know as we know when you have done as we do. People do not gain the understanding of their teachers just by studying their words. They gain and then often surpass their teachers because they use that teaching as a guide to their practice and learn what took their teachers a life time to learn and then have time to correct the inadequacies of their teachers and build upon what was correct. This has to do with why we understand the inevitability of the ends we seek. We have followed this method of learning by using the most advanced teaching of those who have served to affect the social world. But ours is a big jump forward because we are of the class that others have advocated or feared would eventually gain power over society. Though members of the nonproductive class conceived of our eventual power it was against their class interest for it to be realized. So though they advocated the power of the productive people they served to perpetuate the power of the nonproductive people. Others who fear the power of the productive people advocate a doomsday for the people. Our teacher Mao correctly stated that the motivating power of all things comes from within their own nature. As a nonproductive professional there was no way he could lead productive people to power. Otherwise if you are not a productive worker you are not a part of that motive force. The Communist Party of China is led by nonproductive professionals. They will serve to perpetuate their own collective power or they will lose their position in that ruling party or any other party as a professional way of life. So we have taken from our teachers what is good and correct and discarded what is bad and incorrect and we need that you do the same with us. So is the development of human knowledge to ever higher levels as long as people shall live upon this earth. Our greater truths are not complicated as in the physical sciences. We learned them from people like ourselves who are of the exploited class and have a more accurate understanding of the relationships of the people than do those that are seen as the social experts. This is because the “social experts” are of the exploiting class and for them social ignorance is their bliss. Since they rule over us, we would be fools to ignore their teaching. It is important to know them as they cannot allow themselves to understand the consequence of their own practice of life. Since we are of the victim class and they are of the perpetrating class and we have set out, not to be one with their class but to serve the coming to power of our own class, our need to draw more correct conclusions is great; while, for them, social ignorance is their bliss. We can thus have a greater understanding of the social structure even with below average intelligence quotients. For our fellow productive workers, including those in very complex positions who have not set out to change the social world, social ignorance also becomes their bliss. That is why those very intelligent people who bury themselves in complex productive work as their therapy and sometimes claim to be a political serve society very negatively. It serves to perpetuate the most evil of all political decisions. The fact is, everything we do including what we say and know but dare not say has consequences for the whole people of this world; be we conscious of it or not. Listen to the one who proclaims to be A political. He will put down some ones politics. Nothing is more political than that. That is the way those who have no solutions to the peoples’ problems get elected. It is like with our political parties; each correctly knows that the other parties have no solutions to the peoples’ problems. That is why so many look with idolatry to the anarchist preachers who have or are seeking nonproductive ways of life. Stay a productive worker or become one for the rest of your able life and come together with us to bring greater social truths to the people. Workers communes with correct principals in the lead will be one of the early consequences of such a gang. One of those principals must be that there shall be no professional leaders, for that is where the problem began many thousands of years ago. Don’t dream that a smaller right elite or larger left elite is the solution. Each in the lead has the need to be balanced out with the other as it has been since the establishment of a non-producers’ gang thousands of years ago. The only way to solution is a producers’ gang. It is true that Trump exposed the government bureaucracy although his success depended upon similar people.“The better social order” of the past that he promises to bring back is not what he seeks and the real past that he says he seeks had much about it that he would not accept. Among the things that existed in the past that Trump would not accept was a strong Communist Party and unions that organized workers which resulted in workers getting a larger share of the value we produce. Trump’s new order is reducing the workers’ share of the products produced. He is having no success in reducing the growing percentage of nonproductive employed Americans whether in government or in business. Their continued increase is a part of the increase in employment. So the Trump administration is increasing and not reducing the very thing that he correctly revealed about the nature and direction of our social order.
American workers cannot go back to the privileged position we held for so long. Workers who dream that their children grasp the non-productive way of life should realize one small world now exists, and the ruling class no longer can hand us the privileges we have had over most productive people in the world.
No place exists now to run to improve our reducing standards of living as was the case with the slaves in Egypt or the productive people of Mayan cultures who escaped into the jungle. Nor do lands exist that can be conquered and occupied as did Europeans when they arrived here. So our only choice is to change the social world. Only a fool would make such a statement with no organization yet existing to support such a thing.
Advocacy, however, is a first step in starting something new, and something new needs to be established to give a producing class “Declaration of Independence," any meaning for making a better world. This new thing needs to be our own thing, a producing class democracy: Not just an institution that gives a few workers privilege over other producers. In contrast, we need an independence movement to change the entire world. To start our own democracy, we need to organize outside the existing institutions. Producing class democracy means all those in the institution must put productive labor in the lead of our lives. Our teachers have correctly stated that the motivating power of all things comes from within their nature, thus those who do the work must make the political decisions in our institutions. |
